 Colombia have scored 38.8 points in the paint per game in the World Cup 2023 qualifiers, the most among the teams in Americas, while Puerto Rico are one of the other three teams to average more than 35 points in the paint per game (36.3). 

 Braian Angola has combined 20+ points and 9+ rebounds in two of his last three games in the World Cup qualifiers, including in his last away game, in Mexico (21pts, 9reb). 

 Mexico lost their most recent home game in the World Cup qualifiers (89-93 v Colombia), after winning the previous five, but are yet to lose consecutive home games in the competition; they managed to score 75+ points in eight of their last nine home games in the qualifiers.
